Wow. This is an undeniably beautiful and unique home. I love the layout. It's different almost retro. A good chunk is still main floor living and I love that in a home.

looks really bad for $4.2million. Nothing about this one pops as 'luxury', just that it has lots of rooms. The master bedroom looks sad, while the other rooms look better even the en suite bathrooms. Can you explain where the money is going? Why do the interior lights look so sad? Pause at 6:29, the dining room and kitchen look very dark, like a cave, with no windows or lights to bring it live. We are picky here only because $4.2million.....

this is an incredible build. the quality fittings, size, layout - everything is just top notch. i especially like the layout. its like living in your own compound. large family wont get in eachothers way in a place like this

What’s in the cubby hole on the second floor landing, to the left? The rope hanging from the attic access ladder hanging down. Nothing says $5 million like that does. I know the stonework prohibited them, but would like to see taller windows on the second floor.

Great house, but, I’d have liked to see a more extensive outdoor kitchen screened in. And a door in the first bedroom leading out to the pool area. On what? 1.5 acres? Not worth the asking price of $5 million.

The outdoors matter a lot. Having no matured trees tells me during June, July, August, and September, you cannot really enjoy the backyard because of heat. I would not pay 2.9 million for this, there are better options at cheaper prices.

The only thing this place is lacking is trees on the property. Some of the interior finishes aren't exactly my thing but overall the design and layout is amazing.

He proudly tells the name of the designer who wants someone to pay nearly $5M for a front door that looks like you are going into an old 50s mental institution? Seriously? All of that house and you welcome people with such a terrible entrance to your home? $199K homes have better front porches and front doors that this. Every day that this home was being built, someone was saying.... we need to fix the entrance. But, someone else higher up was saying, this is the "medieval" look that some people like. LOL

I like that the house does not have very high celings and high windows which is difficult to clean or board up in case of tornados or storms. No wasted space. All the spaces are well used. I hate homes with very high ceilings and super high windows reaching up to the very high ceilings.

First when I saw the house i thought it was too pricey. But seeing the futures and the extra detach garage with upstairs bachelor pad and inside the features. Love that it is fenced around so folks can know their boundaries since most homes in the USA are not fenced or have walls. Nice size backyard not too big not too small and there is a swimming pool. The price was worth it. Nice and classy house.

A year later and this house is still for sale. It is a testament to Nashville real estate developers. Why build a house this big facing a busy road and not even try to landscape it so that it looks like a luxury area? I haven’t even started to look at the video of the house inside, but from the comments I can tell that it’s disappointing. I hope whoever decided to do this, learned some type of lesson. They could’ve built a turn in side street of five $1 million houses on a cul-de-sac and nobody would’ve had to face the highway.
